Everything about it

Some rivalries deserve an audience. Battle Camera on PEE.CHAT lets you challenge a friend, a classmate or a fellow creator to a live face-off: two cameras, timed rounds, and viewers who pick a side and vote for free. It all starts with an invitation link. You create the challenge, send the link wherever you already talk to your friend, and as soon as they join, the battle can begin. Everything runs in the web browser on a computer, an iPhone or an Android phone, so neither of you has anything to install. Below, you will find how the invitation works step by step, what to agree on before the first round, how your audience takes part, and what happens once the winner is known.

How the invitation link works

Challenging a friend takes a few steps, all in the browser. First, sign in to your PEE.CHAT account or create one for free, because going live on camera needs an account. Then open the Battle Camera page and create a challenge: it comes with an invitation link meant for the person you want to face.

Copy that link and send it the way you usually talk, by text message, in a group chat or by email. Your friend opens it, signs in or creates a free account, and allows the camera and microphone when the browser asks. Once you are both there, the battle can start, live, in timed rounds.

Agree on a time beforehand, so nobody is left waiting alone in front of the camera.

Agree on the challenge before round one

Battle Camera gives you the stage; the idea is up to you. Friends often turn a running joke into a battle: who tells the funnier story, who does the better impression, who answers quiz questions faster, who sings the chorus with more style. A clear idea tells viewers what they are voting on and keeps every round lively.

Settle one practical point too: whether the battle is paid to watch. It is an option, not a rule. If you use it, the two battlers share the revenue; if you skip it, watching is free. And pick a moment when your friends and followers are around, because a battle with a crowd is a better battle.

Your audience picks a side and votes

Viewers do more than watch. They pick a side, talk in the chat and vote for free, and the votes, together with the rounds, decide who wins. Before you go live, post about the battle on your feed or tell your group chats, so your supporters are there from the first round.

Viewers who want to go further can back a side with a tip in PCASH, BTC or PCHAT, sent from the wallet that comes free with every account. Tips are held in escrow while the battle runs. At the end, the winner takes the pot minus a 2% fee. If the battle is cancelled or ends in a draw, every tip is refunded.

After the final round: rematch and replay

When the last round ends, the result is in. Wins are what the Battle Camera leaderboard is about: it lists the top battlers and their wins. Lost this time? A rematch is one new invitation link away.

Finished public battles stay visible for 30 days. If yours was public, you and your friend can rewatch it, show it to people who missed it and see which moments won the audience over. Use what you learn for the next challenge: a sharper idea, better light, a stronger last round.

Frequently asked questions

Does my friend need an account to accept the challenge?

Yes. Going live on camera needs an account, and creating one on PEE.CHAT is free. If your friend is new, they can sign up in the browser on a phone or a computer, then open your invitation link and join the battle.

Is it free to challenge someone?

Yes. You need a free account to go live, and viewers vote for free. Money only comes into play if viewers choose to tip a side, or if you decide to make the battle paid to watch, in which case the two battlers share the revenue.

What happens to the tips if we cancel the battle?

Every tip is refunded. Tips placed on a side are held in escrow during the battle, and a cancelled battle or a draw sends each tip back to the person who sent it. When there is a winner, the winner takes the pot minus a 2% fee.

Can we battle from our phones?

Yes. Battle Camera works in the web browser on iPhone, Android and computer, so you and your friend can each use the device you have. Allow the camera and microphone when the browser asks, face a light source and check your connection before the first round.

Can I challenge someone I met on PEE.CHAT?

Yes. The invitation link is simply how you bring a specific person into your battle, whether it is a school friend, a fellow creator or someone you met in a room or in Talk to Stranger. Send it to them in a private message and keep the battle friendly.
