Everything about it

Every battle on Battle Camera ends with a result, and the leaderboard is where the wins add up. It lists the top battlers on PEE.CHAT together with their wins: people who keep stepping in front of the camera, face an opponent in timed rounds and win the audience over. If you watch battles, it is a handy way to find out who is worth watching. If you battle, it is your scoreboard and your goal. This page explains what the leaderboard shows, how a battle is actually won, why a draw or a cancelled battle gives nobody a win, and what you can do, concretely, to win more often. It all starts with a free account and a camera.

What the leaderboard shows

The Battle Camera leaderboard is a page of its own: it brings together the top battlers and their wins. Behind every name are live battles, fought in timed rounds and won in front of an audience.

Viewers use it to find out who is worth watching. If a name keeps coming up, open the Battle Camera page to see whether that battler is live, or look for their finished battles: public battles stay visible for 30 days after they end.

For battlers, it is a scoreboard. It shows where the top of Battle Camera is and how much ground you still have to cover.

How a battle is won

Two battlers face off live, each on their own camera, in timed rounds. The audience picks a side, chats and votes for free, and the votes and the rounds decide who wins. Viewers can also back a side with a tip in PCASH, BTC or PCHAT: tips are held in escrow, and the winner takes the pot minus a 2% fee.

Not every battle ends with a winner. If both sides finish level, the battle is a draw: nobody gets a win, and every tip is refunded. The same goes for a cancelled battle. So the only road to the leaderboard is a battle you win in front of the audience.

How to climb: habits that win votes

Since the audience decides, anything that makes your battle enjoyable to watch helps you win. A few habits make a real difference.

Prepare one idea per round. Viewers vote on what they see, so a strong opening and a strong final round both matter.

Look and sound good. Face a light source, check your microphone and use a stable connection; a frozen camera loses the room.

Talk to the chat. Greet the people backing you, react to comments and keep the energy up between rounds.

Bring your supporters. Post on your feed before you go live, so your followers are there to pick your side.

Battle regularly. Every win counts, and every battle teaches you something.

Learn from the top battlers

The leaderboard is also a list of people to learn from. Finished public battles stay visible for 30 days, so you can watch how the best battlers open a round, how they talk to the chat and what brings the audience over to their side. Take notes on what works and try one idea at a time in your next battle.

When you feel ready, use an invitation link to challenge someone you want to measure yourself against. And keep it respectful: PEE.CHAT has moderation, reporting and blocking, and a fair battle is the kind the audience wants to see again.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get on the Battle Camera leaderboard?

By winning battles. Create a free account, go live on Battle Camera against an opponent, for example someone you challenge with an invitation link, and win the audience over round after round. The leaderboard lists the top battlers and their wins.

Does a draw count as a win?

No. When a battle ends in a draw, there is no winner, so nobody gets a win from it, and every tip placed on either side is refunded. A cancelled battle works the same way: no winner, and all tips go back to the people who sent them.

Who decides the winner of a battle?

The audience. Viewers pick a side and vote for free while the two battlers face off in timed rounds, and the votes and the rounds decide the result. That is why winning over the people watching is the key to climbing the leaderboard.

Is the leaderboard the same thing as my level?

No. The Battle Camera leaderboard is about battles and wins. Your level (LV) is a separate thing: it grows with your activity on PEE.CHAT, and rank badges appear next to your name.

Can I watch the top battlers before I battle myself?

Yes. When they are live, their battles are on the Battle Camera page, and finished public battles stay visible for 30 days. Watching a few is a good way to see what the audience responds to before your first battle.
